Richard Grinell had this to say regarding the identification of Arthur Leigh Allen by Michael Mageau: "[T[his identification from a photographic line-up more than two decades later (1991) was inherently flawed."
Analysis:
The identification was made in 1992. Whether or not the identification was credible, it was not "inherently flawed".
Richard Grinnell stated that "It can be seen that nothing remotely described as evidence ties Richard Gaikowski to any of the Bay Area murders."
Analysis:
That is untrue. Nancy Slover, who answered Zodiac's call to the Vallejo PD, has identified the voice of Richard Gaikowski. Evidence IS evidence whether or not any particular person finds it credible.
